Teresa Boughey MA FCIPD is founder and CEO of National Award winning Jungle HR and Inclusion 247. Teresa is a TEDx speaker, Non Executive Director and author of Amazon bestseller 'Closing the Gap– 5 steps to creating an Inclusive Culture', which was Highly Commended as an 'Exceptional Book that promotes Diversity' at the Business Book Awards.
Teresa is a Senior Independent Non Executive Director for an NHS Acute Trust, and Non-Executive Director for a Sustainability Consultancy. She also sits on the Board of Advisors at the Royal Holloway University London, International Business School.
Teresa is UK Ambassador for UN Women. She is a working party Advisory Board member of the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Women in Enterprise and Chair of the ESG Workstream, influencing government on policy to create a society that is sustainable and inclusive. She is also a Parliamentary Steering Committee member of the MODE APPG
Teresa is a prominent keynote speaker and influencer in the fields of inclusivity and Sustainability having spoken at events such as the Festival of Global People, IoD Diversity & Inclusion Roadshow, and CIPD Midlands Annual Conference. She is a regular media commentator and has appeared on the BBC Sunday Politics Show and Radio. Her articles have featured in Forbes, The Sunday Times (Raconteur) BA Business Magazine, IOD Director Magazine, People Management and HR Director
