Here’s how our Executive Coaching Programmes usually unfold:

1. Chemistry & Discovery Session

We begin your coaching journey with a Chemistry & Discovery session, a crucial first step where we explore if we’re the right fit to work together. This session is an opportunity for us to connect, get to know each other, and assess whether the coaching relationship will be a productive and supportive one.

During this session, we’ll dive into your current challenges, leadership style, and your most ambitious goals. It’s all about creating a foundation of trust and understanding, ensuring that we’re aligned on where you are now and where you want to go. This shared clarity sets the stage for everything we’ll achieve together and ensures the coaching experience is tailored to your unique journey.

2. Goal Setting

Together, we’ll define clear, actionable objectives. Whether you’re aiming to enhance your communication skills, navigate complex organisational changes, or strike a better work-life balance, this step ensures we’re aligned on what success looks like for you. We’ll set goals that are not just ambitious but also deeply meaningful.

3. Tailored Coaching Plan

Based on your unique needs and goals, we'll co-create an Executive Coaching plan. This might include leadership assessments, feedback from colleagues, or exploring your behavioural patterns and leadership style. The plan is flexible and evolves as you do, ensuring it stays aligned with your progress.

4. One-on-One Coaching Sessions

This is where the real transformation happens. During our regular 60-minute coaching sessions, we’ll work through challenges, explore  solutions, and I’ll provide you with candid, constructive feedback. These sessions are your dedicated time to reflect,  and gain new perspectives on the issues that matter most to you.

5. Reflection and Accountability

Between sessions, you’ll have action items to work on that drive your progress. I’ll hold you accountable, ensuring that you stay on track and continue to grow. This isn’t about adding pressure; it’s about making sure you’re continuously moving toward your goals.

6. Mid-Point Review

Halfway through our coaching engagement, we’ll take a step back to review your progress. What’s working? What’s not? We’ll celebrate your wins and tweak the plan if needed to make sure we’re still aligned with your evolving goals.

7. Conclusion and Long-Term Impact

As we wrap up the coaching program, we’ll review your achievements and set you up with strategies to maintain and build on your progress long after our sessions end. Some clients choose to continue coaching with new goals, while others take the insights and strategies they’ve gained and apply them independently with great success.
