Teresa Boughey’s book, Closing the Gap – 5 Steps to Creating an Inclusive Culture, reached #1 in HR, Business & Finance Reference, and Human Resource Management on Amazon. It was highly commended as an exceptional book promoting diversity at the 2020 Business Book Awards, standing alongside esteemed authors like Simon Sinek and Patrick Lencioni.
Winner – Most Influential Business Woman of the Year 2019 – MBCC Awards
Teresa Boughey, our founder and CEO, was awarded Most Influential Business Woman of the Year at the Midlands Business and Community Charity (MBCC) Awards. Competing against six other leaders, Teresa was recognized for her outstanding contributions to inspiring others and leading in her field.
